You may create your own contact manager Prospect categories. Each category must have a unique name. The description is optional.

If you would like people who fill out a form at your site to be put in one of your categories, use one of the Traffic Tracker URLs for that category in your advertising. (Click to list categories to see the Traffic Tracker URL.) They will also be put in the normal category for the form they fill out.
